MODULAR COURSES
The course are broken into bite-sized chunks or modules, allowing users to complete a module at a time, when the time is suitable to them rather than a lengthy course which must all be completed at one sitting. This is often appealing to busy users or those with a shorter attention span.
ESTIMATED COURSE DURATIONS AND PROGRESS
Each course and module has an estimated time allocated to it, allowing users to pencil in a slice of learning to their busy day. Their log-in also allows them to leave a module in progress and can return them to their last visited point. It will also give them a progress percentage of each module, status and of the course overall.
SIMPLE YET COMPREHENSIVE REPORTING
We’ve produced a suite of reports to help you monitor the position and performance of your employees. They are comprehensive yet concise and you won’t need a training course on how to read them! DASHBOARD OF PROGRESS
The dashboard on log-in allows users to see a summary of their courses and their current status; which course they have been allocated and how they are progressing through each. The dashboard for Administrators allows a summary of all of the users within the organisation, helping to draw their attention to any overdue or failed courses – easy management of problem areas!
ABILITY TO SPECIFY PASS MARK AND NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS
Although we and our partners provide guideline pass marks and recommended number of attempts, we do offer the ability to tailor these to your organisation, allowing you to increase or decrease as required.
